Good morning suburbia!

Hi and thanks for reading my blog! I aim to provide some amusing and challenging anecdotes from my everyday existence.
For instance, today I was unable to attend work as my eldest child remains unwell. As we were doing our morning activities I identified that the cat ( new family addition) had diarrhoea and had proceeded to lie and roll about in the litter box.
I deduced this by the foul odour and green coloured stains on the animals fur.
I took my life in my hands and washed the cat in the laundry sink; during this work phoned me back, however I did request the kids not answer the call as they were highly likely to say 'Mum can't come to the phone because she is washing faeces off the cat.'
Work already seems to suspect I am mad.
